Shipping & Returns

 

What shipping options are available?

For domestic customers we offer free standard shipping (2-5) days, we offer expedited services for an extra cost as well. You can add items to your cart to review the shipping options and cost. Currently we do not offer any next day air services. Orders with Free Shipping will ship via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service at our discretion.

For international customers we offer USPS shipping (6-14 days) or FedEx shipping (3-6 days). You can add items to your cart to review the shipping options and cost.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2PM EST Mon-Fri will usually ship the same business day. Please Note: Orders Placed on a Friday after 2PM EST and on a Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday which is when your advertised transit time starts. Transit times are based on Business Days, Saturday and Sunday is not a Business Day.

Example 1: You order parts on Saturday and pay for Fedex 2 Day Shipping, Your order Ships on Monday and arrives on Wednesday

Example 2: You order parts on Sunday and pay for Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping, Your order ships on Monday and arrives on Wednesday or Thursday

Expedited Options

We offer USPS Priority Mail as an expedited option, Priority Mail is 2-3 day service and is not guaranteed

FedEx Express 2nd Day, is a 2 "Business" day service. Please note that Fedex does not recognize the weekends as business days with their Express services, Example: if you choose 2nd day air on a Friday, your order will arrive on Tuesday (2 Business Days)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

East Coast 1-3 Days, Midwest 2-4 Days, West Coast 3-5 Days, These are estimated arrival dates for our standard free shipping service. You will have the ability to select a faster shipping service if desired at checkout. Currently we do not offer any next day air services.

Local Pick-up

Currently if you reside in the 757 or 804 area code and wish to pick-up your order you will be able to select our "Local Pickup" option at checkout. After doing so, we will email you an order ready for pickup confirmation within 2 hours and you can pickup your order curbside.

 

Returns: Do not return any merchandise without emailing us and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the box. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.) Please note the original packaging is not intended for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be packed inside of a shipping box. Returns using the original packaging box as a shipment box will be rejected. Unless an items description on our sites states the warranty, all sales are final after 60 working days from the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.
